Practical information
Enrolment
You can enrol in many ways:
• by using Dankort to pay online at this website.
• by using net banking to transfer the payment to Studieskolen’s bankaccount 7545-1703005.
• by turning up in person at Studieskolen’s office. We take cash, Dankort, Visacard, Visa Electron, Mastercard and cheques.
When you enrol, you need to give your date and year of birth and your address. If you live out of the municipality of Copenhagen, you need to give your full CPR number.
When we receive your payment, we will send you a receipt. If you enrol by using a giro form, please note that we will not receive your enrolment/payment until about 5 days later.
If you want to be sure of getting a place on your course, you need to enrol as soon as possible.
During the week before courses start, Studieskolen will look at the number of enrolments for each course. If there are too few enrolments for a course, it cannot start. If so, we will refund the full course fee.
Change of course
You can change classes if you let us know no later than Thursday the week before courses start. After this date your enrolment is binding.
If you have started the course, and you turn out to be placed at the wrong level, you can talk to your teacher or the language consultant about changing classes within the same period. The change
must be made before the 3rd session.
Refund of course fees
You can annul your enrolment until Thursday the week before courses start. After this date your enrolment is binding whether or not you attend class.
Number of lessons
In each course description, you can see the number of teaching lessons. Each lesson is 45 minutes.

Thu 10 a.m.-6 p.m. (10 a.m.-4 p.m. during school holidays)
Fri 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Easter: 2 April - 9 April

Pentecost: 28 May
Course start
New courses start approximately every nine weeks.
Course start 6 February 2012. Information and enrolment from 5 December 2011.
Course start 16 April 2012. Information and enrolment from 12 March 2012.
Course start 2 July 2012. Information and enrolment from 12 March 2012.
Course start 30 July 2012. Information and enrolment from 12 March 2012.
Course start 3 September 2012. Information and enrolment from 18 June 2012.
