Practical information
Enrolment
To enrol you in a course, Studieskolen needs to know:
- your subject
- your course number
- your name
- your address
- your postal number
- your city
- your personal number
- your daytime telephone number
You can enrol:
- Via our home page. Find your course and enrol online using your Dankort.
- Via giro card. You will find a giro card in our printed program. You can also obtain one from Studieskolen’s office.
- Via home banking. Use "kortart +01" + gironummer 3 30 12 30, and remember to add the above information.
- By check. Send Studieskolen a check for the course fee along with the above information.
- In person. You are always welcome at Studieskolen’s office.
As soon as Studieskolen receives your enrolment information and payment, we will send you your receipt.
Cancellation
You can get your money back for a course if you cancel your enrolment before Thursday at 6:00 p.m. the week before course start.
After this time, your enrolment is binding, regardless of whether you attend the course or not.
Changing courses
You can change courses until Thursday at 6:00 p.m. the week before course start.
After this time, your enrolment is binding.
However, if the course is too hard or too easy for you,
your teacher or the consultant can help you change courses before the third meeting.
Office hours
Monday-Wednesday 10a.m.- 4p.m.
Thursday 10a.m.- 6p.m. (during school holidays 10a.m.- 4p.m.)
Friday 10a.m.- 2p.m.

Studieskolen offers new courses six times a year - or about every nine weeks.
Program 1 - Course start 6-11 September 2010. Program release 21 June (both print and online versions).
Program 2 - Course start 15-20 November 2010. Program release 25 October (both print and online versions).
Program 3 - Course start 7-12 February 2011. Program release 10 January 2011 (both print and online versions).
Program 4 - Course start 19-24 April 2010. Program release 22 March 2010 (both print and online versions).
Summer courses in July - Course start 28 June-2 July 2010. Program release 15 March 2010 (both print and online versions).
Summer courses in August - Course start 2-6 August 2010. Program release 15 March 2010 (both print and online versions).

Subsidies
The Municipalities of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg grant an extra subsidy to the following students at Studieskolen resident in the two Municipalities:
Unemployed students who receive unemployment benefit, pensioners, students who receive State Education Funding (SU), and apprentices with a signed apprenticeship contract.
Pensioners at the age of 67 or over need no documentation. Other students must present documentation for their status at enrolment.
Please note that unemployed students can participate in Studieskolen's classes with no effect on their unemployment benefit.
Gift certificate
Give somebody you care for a ”Gift Certificate” for a Studieskolen course.
